Hot smoked by Steve in sydney , Australia, this deliciousness is totally intensified. Recommend just pulling the flesh off with your fingers and inhaling with some pasta, rice or great bread as it’s quite well seasoned. 

No subscription option for the collar unfortunately as it is super limited each delivery run so just make sure you order it early!
