This beautiful ocean trout is hot smoked by Julian @mrflax , Australia for a beautiful juicy texture and smoked trout taste. 

Perfect broken up with your fingers for a gourmet potato salad. We recommend breaking it up and including at the end of any hot dishes you want to add it to so it slightly warms through but doesn't overcook to retain the silky texture.
